Our Equipment Kellenberger CNC grinding machine helps us  achieve high precision in grinding shut-off surfaces. Our newest addition - Foba Vario laser machine can engrave even the hardest material, preserving  fine details of the artwork. Our pride and joy - 3R Workmaster robot feeds two of our Mitsubishi CNC EDM machines for unattended overnight operation. Charmilles CNC EDM machine that we also use extensively. Specialized Bostomatic CNC machining center  with index table and vacuum system is utilized mainly for graphite electrode milling. Shown above is one of our four Mazak CNC vertical milling machines. Two injection presses that we have are used mainly for testing purposes, we can also do production runs for our customers, if needed. Our in-house Design Engineering department is equipped with five workstations running SolidWorks, C-Solutions GMS-Works and various other CAD software. Three shop-flor CAM workstations running Esprit software from D.P.
